I'm trying to start doing the fifteen minute lower ab workout I received in one of my copies of Real Simple Magazine. I'm having lower back pain in the morning so I am trying to alter the way I sleep and strengthen my core to prevent it.
Ahhhh I am so out of shape!
The move that you are doing in this picture is to lift your butt off the floor and point towards the ceiling with your feet.
I cannot get my butt off of the floor -_-;;;
I guess I'll have to keep trying until it happens!
